Definitions

Account Registration

Each player may hold one (1) active account on xz77 at any time. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account — whether under the same identity, a different name, a different mobile number, or a different payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number linked to a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for transactions. You must notify xz77 promptly if any of your registered details change.

xz77 conducts identity verification (KYC) as part of the withdrawal process. You must be prepared to provide the following documents upon request:

Deposits are credited to your xz77 BDT wallet within two (2) minutes of confirmation by the payment provider in normal operating conditions. Bonuses & Promotions

xz77 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Bangladesh players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

General bonus rules applicable to all xz77 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms, the default wagering requirement for all xz77 deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.

Gameplay Rules

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on xz77, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or the KYC process.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your xz77 account.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to interact with xz77 games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error must be reported immediately and are subject to reversal.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits xz77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Privacy & Data

Account Closure

Dispute Resolution

The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Where xz77 makes a material change to these Terms & Conditions — meaning a change that meaningfully affects your rights or obligations as a player — xz77 will notify registered Bangladesh players via the contact details held on their account with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the xz77 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated document in full. If you do not agree to the revised Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the xz77 platform and contact support to close your account before the revision takes effect.
